This includes any linked pages, blogs, features, and content (comprising information, text, graphics, photos, user-generated lists, comments, reviews, links, or other materials) provided or accessible through the Services, referred to as "Content."
BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY, AND YOU CONSENT TO RECEIVE ELECTRONIC NOTICES AND TRANSACTIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE.

Reviews, saved items, and other contributions you make may be visible to other users or shared via third-party platforms. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only make purchases with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. 2. Account Registration
Certain features, such as bookmarking, require an account, but browsing is available without registration. To create an account, you’ll need to provide an email, username, and password. For transactions, additional details such as your name, address, and payment information may be required. Ensure that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
3. Ordering Items
If an item is out of stock, you can notify us through the feedback section or by emailing support@stylmatch.com. We may provide a personalized checkout link to help you purchase the item through StylMatch by connecting you with the retailer. Before placing your order, review both StylMatch’s and the retailer’s terms to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
4. Shopping Through StylMatch
StylMatch collaborates with leading global retailers such as SSENSE, Farfetch, and Mytheresa to offer a wide selection of fashion products. Acting as an online intermediary, we connect you to these merchants, giving you access to a diverse range of items from around the world.
Checkout Process
At StylMatch, we simplify your checkout experience, allowing you to purchase a variety of fashion items from multiple fashion retailers. To proceed, we require your personal details, shipping address, and payment information, all of which are securely processed through our system. These details are shared with StylMatch Partner Merchants from whom you're making purchases.
Your data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our
Privacy Policy and
Cookie Policy, as well as the policies of our Partner Merchants. However, once your data is shared with our partners, they assume full responsibility for its use. We strongly recommend reviewing their privacy policies before finalizing your purchase.
Please note that StylMatch does not handle order fulfillment. If you have any inquiries regarding delivery, refunds, exchanges, or returns, please contact us directly at support@stylmatch.com.
Purchasing from Partner Websites
When purchasing certain items, you may be redirected to a third-party website operated by one of StylMatch’s merchant partners. On their sites, you will need to provide additional personal details such as billing and shipping addresses and payment information. This redirection occurs because our partners operate independently and are not integrated into StylMatch’s checkout system.
Any personal information you provide on partner websites is collected, stored, and processed according to their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. Before completing your purchase, please carefully review their terms and policies, including their privacy and cookie policies.
StylMatch is not responsible for the terms, privacy policies, or business practices of external sites. Our partners are solely responsible for all aspects of the products and services offered on their websites, including payment processing.

6. Payments
Payments on StylMatch Partner Websites
When making a payment on one of our partner websites, you can use any payment method accepted by that site. To complete your purchase, you’ll need to provide your shopping details, billing information, and payment details directly to the partner.
Payments via StylMatch’s Checkout Service
1) Processed by Our Partners
When using StylMatch’s checkout service, you can choose from various payment options, including credit and debit cards. During your first payment, you’ll need to enter your shipping address and billing/payment details.
For StylMatch members, shipping and billing details are securely stored as per our Cookie Policy, allowing for a faster checkout experience in the future. Non-members will need to re-enter these details for each purchase.
2) Storage of Your Information
If you are a StylMatch member:
Your shopping and billing details will be securely stored following our Cookie Policy.
Future purchases through our Checkout will be faster, as your details will be pre-filled.
You can manage your stored payment details in the "Settings" section of your account.
If you are not a StylMatch member:
You will need to enter shopping and billing details each time you make a purchase.
3) PayPal Payment Processing
For certain transactions, we use PayPal as a third-party payment processor. When you initiate an order through our checkout using PayPal, your credit card information will be securely transmitted to PayPal for processing.
All billing and customer data transferred by StylMatch are encrypted and used solely to complete transactions you initiate.

4) Payment Methods
Certain payment methods are not accepted on our platform. StylMatch Partners may not accept:
Cheques or postal orders
Cash in any currency
Purchase orders
International wire transfers
Direct debits or standing orders
Bank transfers
5) Ensuring Secure Online Payments
Regardless of your payment method, please follow the checkout page instructions. All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer. If your card is declined, StylMatch is not responsible for any delays or order failures.
We prioritize transaction security by employing robust encryption and protection measures. However, we are not responsible for transactions made via PayPal checkout or on StylMatch Partner websites.
While we do our best to protect your order and payment details, we are not liable for unauthorized third-party access to your data unless due to our negligence.
7. Taxes and Duties
Orders may be subject to additional taxes, duties, and fees based on the destination country’s regulations. These additional costs may cause a fluctuation in the final price at checkout.
Where possible, StylMatch includes these charges in the total order cost. However, in some cases—such as customs fees—you may be required to pay these charges upon delivery.
8. Currency Conversion
If you place an order via StylMatch Checkout from a retailer that lists prices in a different currency, StylMatch will display the price in your local currency.
To ensure smooth processing and avoid order failures due to real-time currency fluctuations, a small adjustment (1%–3%) may be applied to the total price.
If an overpayment occurs due to currency fluctuations, the excess amount will be refunded to your original payment method by the retailer’s payment provider.
9. Accessing the Services
Access to the Services is granted on a temporary basis, and we retain the authority to withdraw or modify the Services without prior notice. We shall not be held liable if, for any reason, the Services become unavailable at any point or for any duration. We reserve the right to alter, limit access to, or terminate access to the Services at any given time.
From time to time, we may impose restrictions on access to certain parts or all of our Services.
It is your responsibility to make all necessary arrangements for accessing the Services. Additionally, you are accountable for ensuring that all individuals who access the Services through your internet connection are acquainted with these Terms and adhere to them.
10. StylMatch Rights
StylMatch holds all rights, including copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, to the Services and the Content (excluding user-provided Content). This includes various elements such as information, data, graphics, logos, icons, trademarks, images, and underlying software, which are the exclusive property of StylMatch and its licensors. The Services and its Content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and treaties worldwide, with all rights reserved.
The trademark "StylMatch" is registered and both the trademark and the StylMatch logo are our proprietary assets, not to be used without prior written consent. These Terms do not grant you permission to use the StylMatch name, trademarks, logos, domain names, or any other distinctive brand features. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you offer regarding StylMatch or the Services is voluntary, and StylMatch retains the right to use such input as deemed appropriate, without obligation to you.
You are permitted to print or download extracts from our Services for personal reference, and you may share materials posted on our Services within your organization. However, you must refrain from altering or using any printed or digital copies of materials separately from accompanying text, and you are strictly prohibited from copying any part of the Content to create collections, compilations, directories, or databases without prior written consent.
Should you copy or download any part of the Services or Content in violation of these Terms, your right to use the Services will be terminated immediately, and you must, at our discretion, either return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
13. Restrictions on Content and Use of the Services
You are prohibited from using the Services in the following ways:

II. For purposes not permitted by these Terms.

VI. To promote racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm.
VII. To post abusive, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or sexually explicit content.

X. To tamper with or access non-public areas of the Services or StylMatch’s systems.
XI. To breach security measures or attempt unauthorized access to user data or systems.
XII. To deceive or defraud other users.
XIII. To introduce malware, viruses, or harmful software.
XIV. To interfere with the access of other users or disrupt the Services' operation.
XV. To copy, modify, or distribute other users' Content without consent.
XVI. For commercial purposes not expressly permitted in these Terms.
XVII. To circumvent measures preventing access to the Services.
XVIII. To solicit or provide unlawful services.
XIX. To collect information about others without consent.
XX. To forge headers or send altered information.
XXI. To scrape or use the Services for unauthorized purposes.
XXII. To promote political platforms, religions, or causes.
XXIII. In any way that violates applicable trade sanctions laws in South Korea, the US, the UK, or international countries.
StylMatch retains the discretion to remove or decline the distribution of any Content on the Services, as well as to terminate users or reclaim usernames at any time. Additionally, StylMatch reserves the right to access, review, preserve, or disclose any information that it reasonably believes is necessary to: (i) comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests; (ii) enforce these Terms, including investigating potential violations; (iii) identify, prevent, or address fraud, security issues, or technical concerns; (iv) address user support inquiries; or (v) safeguard the rights, property, or safety of StylMatch, its users, and the public.
Except as expressly permitted through the Services or these Terms, users must utilize the StylMatch API to reproduce, modify, create derivative works, distribute, sell, transfer, publicly display, perform, transmit, or otherwise use the Content or Services.
While we strive to safeguard the security of your Content and account, we cannot guarantee immunity from unauthorized access by third parties. Should you become aware of any compromise or unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.
14. Promotions
a) Promotion Terms
StylMatch periodically introduces promotions, such as discount codes, applicable to purchases made through our Checkout. These terms govern all StylMatch promotions, with specific conditions provided for each offer. StylMatch promotions are exclusive to purchases made on our website and cannot be used on Retailer Partner websites. Promotional codes are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, and hold no cash value. StylMatch retains the right to adjust or terminate promotions at our discretion. Refunds for items purchased using promotional offers will be processed excluding the discount amount.
b) Our Partner Promotion Terms
Occasionally, StylMatch allows customers to participate in competitions and promotions offered by our partners ("Partner Promotions"). These promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions provided by the Partner, usually accessible on their website. It's essential to review these terms on the Partner's site. StylMatch may label certain Partner Promotions as 'ending soon' or as 'limited-time offers,' indicating that the promotion will conclude within the next six days. While we strive for accuracy, it's advisable to confirm the end date by reviewing the Partner Promotions’ terms and conditions directly.
By using a promotional code or participating in a Partner Promotions promotion on the StylMatch site, you agree to the terms outlined by the Partner Promotions.
For orders made through a Partner Promotion's website, we will provide a promotional code to be entered at their checkout. Ensure that the promotional code is entered correctly to apply any discounts. For orders placed through our Integrated Checkout, where a promotion is indicated, StylMatch will automatically apply the discount during checkout.
15. Sanctions
StylMatch adheres strictly to all relevant US sanctions laws in alignment with our comprehensive sanctions policy.
16. The Services Are Available "as-is"
Your access to and use of the Services or any Content is at your own risk. You understand and agree that the Services are provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
Without limiting the foregoing, StylMatch AND ITS PARTNERS DISCLAIM TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW ANY WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS (OTHER THAN FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION), GUARANTEES OR CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
StylMatch makes no warranty and disclaims all responsibility and liability for the completeness, accuracy, availability, functionality, compatibility, freedom from defects, timeliness, security, performance, availability, or reliability of the Services or any content thereon. StylMatch will not be responsible or liable for any harm to your computer system, loss of data, or other harm that results from your access to or use of the Services, or any Content. You also agree that StylMatch has no responsibility or liability for the deletion of, or the failure to store or to transmit, any Content and other communications maintained by the Services. StylMatch makes no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from StylMatch or through the Services, will create any warranty not expressly made herein.
We do not provide any warranty or representation that the Services are free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties. You use the Services at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer, mobile device or network that results from your use of the Services. We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Services or to your downloading of any Content posted on it, or on any website or application linked to it.
We are not liable to you for any inability to access the Services at any time, for any reason (including but not limited to any planned or unplanned downtime, or any outages on networks (including mobile networks) or when you are not in an area supported by mobile coverage).

StylMatch AND ITS PARTNERS DISCLAIM, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS (EXCEPT FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION), GUARANTEES, OR CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
StylMatch does not warrant or assume any responsibility for the completeness, accuracy, availability, functionality, compatibility, absence of defects, timeliness, security, performance, or reliability of the Services or any content therein. StylMatch will not be liable for any damage to your computer system, loss of data, or other harm resulting from your use of the Services or any Content. Additionally, StylMatch bears no responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, or transmission of any Content or communications via the Services. We make no guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements or operate without interruption, securely, or error-free. Any advice or information obtained from StylMatch or through the Services will not create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
We do not warrant that the Services are free from viruses or other destructive properties. Your use of the Services is at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer, mobile device, or network resulting from such use. StylMatch will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by distributed denial-of-service attacks, viruses, or other harmful materials that may infect your equipment, programs, data, or other proprietary material due to your use of the Services or downloading of any Content.
We are not liable for any inability to access the Services at any time, for any reason, including planned or unplanned downtime, network outages (including mobile networks), or when you are not in an area with mobile coverage.
18. Limitation of Liability

StylMatch, along with its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors, shall not be held liable for:
(i) Loss of profits, sales, or contracts;
(ii) Loss of income or revenue;
(iii) Loss of business opportunity, goodwill, or reputation;
(iv) Loss or corruption of data or information;
(v) Loss of anticipated savings;
(vi) Wasted management or office time; or
(vii) Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,
Arising from or related to:
(i) Your access to or use of the Services;
(ii) Delays in using or the inability to access or use the Services;
(iii) The fulfillment of your orders from our StylMatch Partners, including but not limited to delivery, exchange, return, or refund of items purchased from StylMatch Partners;
(iv) Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services, including defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct;
(v) Use of any content, information, products, or services obtained through the Services; or
(vi) Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content,
Whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of loss or damages.
In the event of liability, our total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed $100 US.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or limit our liability for personal injury, death, negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under law.
Certain countries' laws may not permit all or some of the limitations described above. If applicable, you may have additional rights.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to fulfill our obligations under these conditions due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
19. Your Liability

We expressly disclaim all relevant conditions and warranties, whether express or implied, and other terms that might be implied by statute, common law, or equity regarding any liability claimed by you in relation to such suspension, withdrawal, or amendment, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Upon termination of these Terms (for any reason), all licenses and rights granted to you concerning the Services will immediately cease.
21. Waiver and Severability
StylMatch’s failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still be valid and enforceable.
22. Governing Law And Jurisdiction
Any claim related to your use of the Services will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Korea courts. These Terms and any disputes arising from them will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of South Korea.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and StylMatch concerning the Services, superseding any prior agreements. Except for affiliates of StylMatch, no other entity is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
You acknowledge that your acceptance of these Terms is not based on any representations beyond what is expressly stated herein.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, it will be modified to achieve the intended purpose within legal limits. Any dispute should be first addressed directly to us, and we encourage alternative dispute resolution methods.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our rights under them.
The license for the Services is personal to you and may not be transferred. We reserve the right to transfer our rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party while ensuring your rights remain intact.
