What each status means, from In Review to Paid.
You can track the status of each commission under Recent Activity in the EARNINGS tab. The amount shown immediately after an order is an estimate; it becomes available for payout once the review is complete.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| In Review | We are confirming cancellations, returns, exchanges, and the retailer's approval. This commission cannot be withdrawn yet |
| Available | The review is complete and this commission can be withdrawn |
| Pending | You have requested a payout and it is being processed |
| Paid | The payout has been completed |
| Revoked | The commission was cancelled following a cancellation, return, exchange, or the retailer's final review |
| Rejected | The order did not meet the conditions for commission and was not approved |
How a commission is confirmed
Commission earned → In Review → Available → payout requested → Pending → Paid
New commissions enter as In Review. For approximately 60 days from the order date, the brand or retailer confirms whether the purchase was completed and checks for cancellations, returns, and exchanges. Once this is complete, the commission becomes Available and is added to your Available Commissions Balance.
Revoked is a normal outcome. If a follower returns an item they purchased, the associated commission is removed. This is why commissions are reviewed for 60 days.
Amounts may also decrease. If only part of a multi-item order is returned, the commission is recalculated based on the items retained, and may be lower than the amount first shown.
