Can anyone start using Auto DM?

Auto DM is currently available to selected accounts. An Instagram connection and eligibility check are required. Contact our team to get started.

Does every comment get a reply?

You can respond to all comments or only those containing your chosen keywords. You also choose which posts the automation applies to.

Can I set comments and DMs separately?

Yes. Choose a public reply, a DM, or both, then write the content for each.

Can I send a group buy link or My Shop?

Yes. Set the button label and destination URL in your message. Link to a product page, a group buy shopping page, or My Shop.

Where can I check delivery results?

Review delivery records and processing status in your Auto DM dashboard. Instagram settings and connection status can affect delivery; sending and receipt are not guaranteed.

Can I pause an automation?

Yes. Turn it off in your dashboard, and edit its settings whenever needed.
